Flight Attendant shared Hotel Safety Tips


Flight attendant Kat Kamalani recently shared some hotel safety do’s and don’ts in a now-viral TikTok video that has since received over 4 million views.

“Always make sure there's no one behind you when going into your room,” Kamalani continued, adding that guests should “check if there's anybody in the room, behind curtains, under the bed, etc.”

Honeymoon Experience

  While on our honeymoon, my husband and I arrived at our hotel very late. We were exhausted but still excited about this special trip. We checked in but when we tried to open the door to our room we were surprised when we couldn’t get the door to open.    The resistance we felt was a flight attendant who was given the room before we arrived trying to keep out an unknown intruder (us). After a quick discussion, we understood the hotel made a mistake.  They were kind enough to upgrade our room, but it was a terrible way to start our romantic adventure.
